Delete your Pacts account

You can delete your Pacts account and everything in it at any time. There is no waiting period and no need to contact us first.

From inside the app

You can delete your account at any time from Settings → Account → Delete account. This permanently removes your profile, memberships, check-ins, and push tokens.

You can also request deletion without using the app by emailing us at the address below.

What deletion removes

Your profile — name, email, and profile photo.

Your memberships in every circle, and the pacts you created.

Your check-in history, notes, disputes, and cheers.

Your push notification tokens, so the app can no longer reach your devices.

If you can't use the app

If you've already uninstalled Pacts or can't sign in, email support@getpacts.com from the address on the account and ask us to delete it. We'll confirm once it's done.

Deletion is permanent. Your streaks and history cannot be restored afterwards, so export anything you want to keep first.
